The Multipurpose Room has large picture windows overlooking Balwyn Park tennis courts. It suits small meetings and workshops.

We require 10 days notice for all casual bookings.

Bookable 7 days a week including public holidays: 8 am to 10 pm.

Booking availability is limited during business hours.

The car park can be accessed from Maroondah Highway / Whitehorse Road.

The closest tram stop is no. 46 (Balwyn Cinema / Whitehorse Road) on tram route 109.

There is ramp access from the Centre car park to the entrance.

An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor near the lift. The toilet includes a baby change table.

The Multipurpose Room is located on the ground floor of the Centre.

You will need to read and accept our terms and conditions as part of your booking.
We don't take bookings for parties.
Businesses and community groups must have a minimum of $20 million in public liability insurance.
You must set up and pack up the room during your booking time.
Rooms must be left clean and tidy including taking out rubbish.
We don't offer technical assistance or venue support but we do provide instructions for the AV equipment in the rooms.
